Complaints
It seems an obvious thing to say, but unfortunately things don’t always go as planned. We recommend that you first inform us of any complaints by sending an email to [email protected] If this fails to lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.
Since 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. The ODR platform can be accessed at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere, you are allowed to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
